Orders + Returns
The prices and products shown on the www.tomandbridget.co.nz website are subject to availability at the time of purchase.
We endeavour to fill all orders in full and maintain accurate online stock levels.
In the event a product you have ordered is unavailable, you will be informed as soon as possible by our Customer Service Team.
In that case you have the option to change your order and replace it with another product available from the online store, or cancel it.
If you decide to cancel your order, you will be refunded the amount paid in the same payment method used to place your order.
Exchange and refund policy:
All items purchased in store at Tom & Bridget Boutique or online at www.tomandbridget.co.nz may be exchanged for another product in store or online within 30 days of the original purchase date. All items must be returned in perfect, unworn condition with all original packaging including swing tags, dust bags and gift boxes. All items are assessed and will be accepted at the discretion of Tom & Bridget Boutique.
'Change of mind' return items are done so at your own cost.
