Is the leather genuine?

Yes, our leather items are genuine leather.

We have a range of leather options that include various leather types and finishes, our leather items are high quality with majority being Italian cow hide.

How do I ensure my leather item will last?

Although leather is known to be a durable material that stands the test of time, it is important to take good care of your leather items to ensure they last and remain looking good.

What does the 1year leather item warranty cover?

We have a 1 year warranty on all of our leather items, this ensures “the product purchased will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. We will repair this product without charge if a defect arises during the warranty period. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, theft, normal wear and tear or injury to the goods caused by common carriers or third-party services.

 

What does the 5 year luggage warranty cover?

Pierre Cardin offer a 5 year warranty on most luggage, this ensures “the product purchased will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. Pierre Cardin will repair this product without charge if a defect arises during the warranty period. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, theft, normal wear and tear or injury to the goods caused by common carriers or third-party services. For security reasons the TSA passcode needs to be remembered and for this reason our warranty does not cover the wrong setting of combination locks”

 

Airline damage

Airline damage – this is the most common cause of damage to travel gear. We strongly suggest you report this kind of damage to the airline that you have flown with before you leave the airport. Please check your bags once you have collected it from the carousel. We suggest you consider suitable travel insurance.

 

What happens if I buy an item and decide I want to return it?

If you purchase an item that is incorrect for any reason we allow a 30 day period from the purchase date for you to exchange the item for another item that is equal or higher value, only if the original item is new and unused with original tags still attached.

We may allow an exchange for a lower priced item depending on the circumstance, please contact us immediately if you are wanting to return or exchange an item.

 

What does RFID mean?

Radio Frequency Identification Protected, this means that your Pay-wave or credit card details cannot be scanned whilst in your RFID bag or wallet due to the protective lining.
